Restorative yoga is one of our favourite styles of yoga in the cooler months! The winter chill can tempt us away from our practice, and if we listen to that temptation, we are more prone to stress and low immunity. Adding restorative to your yoga practice is a means of caring and nourishing mind, body and heart.
Through practising pregnancy yoga, mothers can not only relieve physical tension within the body, but also build both physical and inner strength to help overcome and manage many of the ailments that present themselves through pregnancy (and there can be a lot!).
A healing yoga workshop that combines the movement practices of yoga and pilates, with yoga breath work and creative mantras. The workshop will provide attendees with the strategies they need to aid their healing process as well as manifest their deepest desires.
We combine elements of fire and water to get your body moving between yang and yin for an experience and expression like no other.
