The D-F studio story

Based on the Northern Beaches, D-F studio was born from a collision of founder Eliza Hayward’s  natural zest for community, inclusion and innate sense of purpose to guide others to a place of deep rest and connection. Established in 2015 and family run whilst welcoming their two little ones into the world. 

A multi sensory space that evolves and expands the many ways to bring world-class teachings and experiences that inform, inspire and empower student’s everyday rituals. 

As of May 23′ D-F will undergo a new feel that has inspired Eliza to share with others. A “Japanese Inspired” studio that nurtures but also celebrates a creative flare.

  D-F studio is made to feel like a ritual within your week, a coming home to purposefully lead movement, breath and stillness. Within their beautiful white walls, you will find world-class teachings and events to harness your own unique ritual, giving you the perspective, steadiness and understanding you need to guide you on your journey. 

Having launched their bespoke 200hr Teacher Trainings, D-F is not only the studio to practice in but also now to train under and learn from the most influential facilitators.
