I’ve been hiring D-F Studio exclusively for my Breathwork & Sound Healing workshops, and honestly, I’ve yet to find anywhere else with such a good vibe. The space is flooded with natural light, and people always comment on how incredible the energy feels in the room. Plus, having access to all the studio props makes things so much easier. So grateful to have this place just down the road from me! –

I’ve been renting the clinic room weekly and it’s such a warm, welcoming space to work from. My clients always find it easy to access and often comment on how safe and calming it feels. The room has a beautiful energy, carried through from the yoga studio that creates a really supportive atmosphere. Having access to the mini kitchen and bathroom is also a great bonus. It’s a space I truly love working in.

As a Somatic Therapist with clients between the CBD and the Northern beaches, I love being able to rent the therapy room and the yoga studio, when time slots permit. I love the location as it is in close proximity to the B-line, which allows me and my clients to meet on an environmentally conscious level. D-F Studio comes with a level of flexibility that suits any business size. And, my clients do love the space, too.

I’ve run multiple Yin workshops at D-F studio this year and have been so happy with the space! It’s aesthetically beautiful, bright, airy, and has a wonderful energy. They have all props available, which helps elevate the event and means I don’t have to source my own. I love this studio and will absolutely keep hiring the space – can’t wait for the next event!

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice and a strong background in the fitness and wellness industry, Elise brings a depth of experience, intelligence, and embodied understanding to her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and more than a decade working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement coach, Elise bridges the gap between strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
Elise discovered yoga as a powerful complement to her athletic training, and over time it became a central pillar in how she moves, lives, and connects. Her approach is informed by both science and lived experience, blending functional strength, breath awareness, and fluid sequencing. Her classes invite students to feel strong, capable, and supported – meeting their edge with curiosity rather than force.
Elise is deeply passionate about the way yoga supports not only physical health, but nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and connection. Her classes offer a space that encourages students to build trust in their bodies and confidence in their practice.
Above all, Elise is committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can deepen their relationship with movement and carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
