TO EMPOWER A CONSCIOUS MOTHER AND BEYOND
This is a 4 week program into movement and breath for the growing mother & baby. We undergo many changes both physically and emotionally and pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to honour such a sacred time. Be guided through postural alignment and pregnancy breath work (pranayama) throughout your second and third trimester. Feel empowered to lean into your practice to receive total nourishment, stamina, courage, self trust, strength, deep relaxation and care. This is a time for you to create ritual in your week and connect with both you and your baby on the mat.
You Will Receive
- One Prenatal session scheduled each week (only available to women that book onto this program) each Sunday at 3pm
- One Restorative session (open to public) each week
- Two Prenatal slow flow online sessions with Eliza Hayward
- One guided Mediations
