Move to feel better without limitation. Explore and find the perfect blend to best deepen your practice, one that speaks uniquely to your mind and body’s needs. Pair yoga with pilates to feel strong and supported in your everyday life.

A dynamic practice linking breath and movement through a creative series of postures, whilst progressing into a peak pose, helping you to cultivate strength and build heat within the body. Modifications are offered to support you into this style.

Slow Flow cultivates strength and flexibility whilst offers a meditative experience. With the offering being “slow” the movement is fluid but at a pace that softens.

A practice that offers tremendous space for rest and renewal. Yin encourages tissue resiliency, improves joint mobility and helps to reduce stress from daily life. You will find yourself in stationery held poses during our 60min class.

A class based on alignment, breathing and centering with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Safely sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movements.

A deeply restful and nurturing practice designed to guide you back to yourself. This class invites you into stillness through gentle, fully supported postures, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to unwind.

A guided meditation that leads you into deep relaxation whilst meeting the emotional and mental needs of a modern lifestyle. The practice helps you to find the state between wakefulness and sleep, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.

She offers a gentle, embodied approach to every yoga class— including asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy — guiding students to explore presence, ease and awareness within their own body, mind and spirit.

Through her life as a mother, mentor, and lifelong student of yoga, self‑study, and spiritual growth, Radha brings warmth, curiosity, and presence to her teaching. She encourages students to move mindfully, feel fully, and connect with their own inner strength, creating a safe and welcoming space for exploration and growth.

Elise Griffin

Vinyasa | Strength + Soul

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice and a strong background in the fitness and wellness industry, Elise brings a depth of experience, intelligence, and embodied understanding to her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and more than a decade working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement coach, Elise bridges the gap between strength, mobility, and mindful movement.

Elise discovered yoga as a powerful complement to her athletic training, and over time it became a central pillar in how she moves, lives, and connects. Her approach is informed by both science and lived experience, blending functional strength, breath awareness, and fluid sequencing. Her classes invite students to feel strong, capable, and supported – meeting their edge with curiosity rather than force.

Elise is deeply passionate about the way yoga supports not only physical health, but nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and connection. Her classes offer a space that encourages students to build trust in their bodies and confidence in their practice.

Above all, Elise is committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can deepen their relationship with movement and carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
