ILLUMINATE YOUR ARCHETYPE: How the Gene Keys Reveal Your Unique Design with Shauna Hawkes. Sunday 15 February 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Beneath the surface of your personality lives a constellation of archetypes—energies that shape how you express yourself, connect with others, and bring your purpose to life. In Illuminate Your Archetype, you’ll explore the Gene Keys as a map for understanding the gifts written into your unique design. Through guided reflection, you’ll identify the archetypal energies that influence your life, gain insight into how they show up in your relationships and creative expression, and learn practical ways to activate their potential.

You’ll leave with:

  • clarity about your design,
  • curiosity to keep exploring your keys, and
  • tangible tools to live your gifts with confidence and ease.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • discover the archetypes within your Gene Keys profile,
  • illuminate both your gifts and the shadows that stand in their way, and
  • learn practical tools to embody your design and express your natural brilliance with confidence and ease.

A MOMENT TO RESET: An experiential EFT Tapping workshop with Sarina Coventry. Sunday 15 Feb, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Life can feel full—busy minds, tight bodies, constant input. Often we don’t realise how much we’re holding until we’re given a moment to pause. This 45-minute workshop is an invitation to slow down and experience what it feels like when your body is supported to settle and reset. You’ll be gently guided through a simple, calming practice using EFT tapping, a mind-and-body technique that can help reduce stress and support nervous system balance. No experience needed. Nothing to fix, and no stories to share—just a chance to notice how your body responds when things soften, even slightly.

She offers a gentle, embodied approach to every yoga class— including asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy — guiding students to explore presence, ease and awareness within their own body, mind and spirit.

Her work as a somatic practitioner naturally flows into her teaching. Drawing on private clinic healing sessions, Radha helps students tune into their bodies and individual needs bringing a compassionate and responsive energy to every class.

Through her life as a mother, mentor, and lifelong student of yoga, self‑study, and spiritual growth, Radha brings warmth, curiosity, and presence to her teaching. She encourages students to move mindfully, feel fully, and connect with their own inner strength, creating a safe and welcoming space for exploration and growth.

Elise Griffin

Vinyasa | Strength + Soul

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice and a strong background in the fitness and wellness industry, Elise brings a depth of experience, intelligence, and embodied understanding to her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and more than a decade working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement coach, Elise bridges the gap between strength, mobility, and mindful movement.

Elise discovered yoga as a powerful complement to her athletic training, and over time it became a central pillar in how she moves, lives, and connects. Her approach is informed by both science and lived experience, blending functional strength, breath awareness, and fluid sequencing. Her classes invite students to feel strong, capable, and supported – meeting their edge with curiosity rather than force.

Elise is deeply passionate about the way yoga supports not only physical health, but nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and connection. Her classes offer a space that encourages students to build trust in their bodies and confidence in their practice.

Above all, Elise is committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can deepen their relationship with movement and carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
