Experience the transformational practice of roll and restore as you learn techniques using mysofascial release therapy balls and yoga blocks to target trigger points and connective tissue as you indulge in a full body massage.
This workshop will educate you on the complexity of the fascial system, the importance of releasing through this tissue and the techniques to access these releases & trigger points as well as providing you with a massage ball to take home to apply what you have learnt.
Open to everyone – no previous yoga practice or knowledge required.
