About This Event

A 2-hour Yin Immersion with Mysan Sidbo

Saturday 1st February 1:00-3:30pm
Q&A to follow for anyone curious about the practice.

Is it time to unlock your superpowers for optimal health?

This Yin immersion is all about invigorating and unblocking your lymphatic system, respiratory system, and deep tissues—three major components of your health superpowers!

In both yoga and life, we strive for balance, freedom, health, and happiness. In this masterclass, Mysan will guide you through simple yet powerful practices to elevate your physical health and emotional wellbeing.

Nothing in our body works in isolation. Our body’s healing, functioning, and even its injuries are all interconnected. When you combine the power of the lymphatic system, the lungs, and the deep release of Yin yoga, you’ll feel like you’ve tapped into a whole new level of vitality!

As you activate your lymph, lungs, and deep tissues, you’ll notice the physical benefits — less stagnation, more flow, and a sense of lightness. But the benefits go beyond the physical. When these systems open up, your emotional and energetic states also begin to flow freely, leaving you with an overall sense of balance and clarity.

What you can expect:

  • Activating the Lymphatic System: Mysan will introduce simple but effective techniques to get your lymphatic system flowing. This helps flush out toxins and excess proteins that can clog up your body’s natural fluid flow, leading to better circulation and overall health.
  • Breathing and Lung Techniques: You’ll learn simple practices to enhance lung function and optimize your diaphragm’s movement. These techniques will support your lymphatic system, creating a synergistic effect that boosts your overall wellbeing.
  • Deep Yin Practice: We’ll move into deep Yin poses that target your joints, bones, and deep tissues. These stretches help release inflammation, toxins, stored emotions, and anything that’s holding you back from experiencing full balance and harmony.

By the end of this session, you’ll feel lighter, freer, and more connected to your body’s healing powers.

You will discover that you have extraordinary superpowers right at your fingertips, and you’ll leave with tools to continue activating these powers every day.

Take home simple practices that you can easily incorporate into your morning routine. These tools will only take a few minutes but will help you maintain your physical, emotional, and energetic balance, ensuring you stay in harmony every day.

Start 2025 with power, wellbeing, and the tools to sustain it.

Are you ready to unlock your superpowers?

Elise Griffin

Vinyasa | Strength + Soul

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice and a strong background in the fitness and wellness industry, Elise brings a depth of experience, intelligence, and embodied understanding to her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and more than a decade working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement coach, Elise bridges the gap between strength, mobility, and mindful movement.

Elise discovered yoga as a powerful complement to her athletic training, and over time it became a central pillar in how she moves, lives, and connects. Her approach is informed by both science and lived experience, blending functional strength, breath awareness, and fluid sequencing. Her classes invite students to feel strong, capable, and supported – meeting their edge with curiosity rather than force.

Elise is deeply passionate about the way yoga supports not only physical health, but nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and connection. Her classes offer a space that encourages students to build trust in their bodies and confidence in their practice.

Above all, Elise is committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can deepen their relationship with movement and carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
