About This Event
Yin Yoga ~ Moving from our Bones.
The True Story of the Inside of You.

A 2-hour profound Yin yoga practice packed with insights and a 30-minute optional Q&A if you are still curious!Join Mysan for this deep Yin immersion where she will tell you the story of what you really look like on the inside! This is a session that invites you to feel your body deeply and for you to explore your individual range of motion, your physical needs and unique ways. Once we gain a deeper understanding of our physical uniqueness, variation, and sensations, doors open to further understanding energetically, mentally and emotionally.

Whilst in our Yin poses, Mysan will explain what happens inside of our wonderful body, feeling into your skeletal variations and landing your body where your bones guide you to. You will simultaneously feel the fascia tissues move, elongate, reshape, untangle and hydrate. If we dare to listen and dive this deep into our own body, really feel from our bones, joints and Being, our practice becomes a guide towards our physical, mental and emotional freedom.

How can we, in our Yin yoga practice, invite guidance from our bones?

When we move from our bones, we get to explore our own unique range of motion. Your ability to move and to place yourself in different shapes and poses is guided by your unique bony relationships. Get excited, because this session will help you understand those relationships!

You will know what is exercised in Yin yoga, and what is not. You will become aware of what ‘the just right’ sensation and intensity for your individual Being is, in each moment, in each pose.

How can we, in our Yin yoga practice, invite guidance from our bones? How we can move from our bones to find our range of motion? How can we FEEL our bones and these relationships?

Only when we have an understanding of where we move from can the profound, energy shifts, emotional stagnation and mental misinterpretations start to lift!

As Patanjalis Yoga Sutras suggests, we start with asana, but that is just to open the door.

Mysan will guide you to find your unique way throughout practice and to help you gain an understanding that no student looks alike nor feels the same even though we all reach the physical purpose of the pose.

This is a session about understanding and celebrating your uniqueness! The practice is followed by a 30  minutes Q&A for those who would like some further information.

Elise Griffin

Vinyasa | Strength + Soul

With over 17 years of personal yoga practice and a strong background in the fitness and wellness industry, Elise brings a depth of experience, intelligence, and embodied understanding to her teaching. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and more than a decade working as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and movement coach, Elise bridges the gap between strength, mobility, and mindful movement.

Elise discovered yoga as a powerful complement to her athletic training, and over time it became a central pillar in how she moves, lives, and connects. Her approach is informed by both science and lived experience, blending functional strength, breath awareness, and fluid sequencing. Her classes invite students to feel strong, capable, and supported – meeting their edge with curiosity rather than force.

Elise is deeply passionate about the way yoga supports not only physical health, but nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and connection. Her classes offer a space that encourages students to build trust in their bodies and confidence in their practice.

Above all, Elise is committed to creating a welcoming environment where students can deepen their relationship with movement and carry the benefits of their practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.
